The prosecutor in the Duke LaCrosse team case was disbarred but, the prosecutor in my case in ohio that was overturn because he filed false court documents is now a judge. Yes, and I have wrote to the state bar and they will not do anything about it. I filed a lawsuit and the so called outside judge used those same false documents and stated that my appeal is denied.
How can I say I am proud to be an American? Hell no, I am BLACK and PROUD but not as an American. This is just my homeland that I have protected and what the hell for. You don't give a damm! There's no Justice in the state of Ohio for me. A simple open and shut case where as the police was in the wrong for what they did. Everything you hear or read is from their side and the court. Not once was anything heard from me.
This case started in Feb 2000 and they tried to lock me up and throw the key away for what they did wrong. After having 18 so called pre-trials and loosing my job it was time to call it quits. If you don't stop messing around with these mocked pre-trials and I stopped going and moved out of the state in 2003.
2004 I returned at the request of my mother and I appeared in court which was empty as always when it came to me. Now given another court date in-which I attended with along time Air Force friend of mine. We walked into the court room and empty again. Then the judge and his team step out to see if I was there and then he went to his chambers.
My lawyer then come and tell me the case was over and wow it's about time. Then it was said that made a plea. What? I hit the roof never talked to anybody and a plea bull.
I wrote the Ohio State Bar on this matter and they would not do anything with this matter. So I filed an appeal.
In 2005 the case was over turned for there was no such document that existed where I signed a plea agreement. The documents were false and thrown out of court and the police was to give me all of my property back. They never gave me all of my property back and I also filed a lawsuit against the police department and the city.

It is now 2008 no court date, file another grievance with the state bar and still no actions are being taken. Just the usual run-around so then they can claim the statue of limitations has ran out. Well I will not allow that to happen and how could the prosecutor that presented this false document can now be a judge?

All this talk about how these prices are going up,up,up,and you act like it can't be stopped. You don't want to stop this and you know for a fact that crime will be the same way. I don't hate the Police but, some of them are crooked too. They are really out numbered and you are really causing them more problems than they can handle. You want to put more on the force to help them and how can they get any help when you make it so hard out here for anybody to have a clean record?
With the lost of jobs steadily rising and the pimp agencies getting paid for soliciting people to jobs by companies that are getting tax breaks claiming they are hiring? Most of these pimp services don't even ask nor interested in anybody qualification. The company that get people from these agencies are only getting these people for tax breaks and hire full time by race. Yes I said it and it is true and you don't do anything about it.
People are loosing their homes and many have lost them before you even thought about trying to give any type of relief. That is because it was affecting people close to you. Keep the extra tax relief money and raise the wage to $10.00 an hour effective now.
You can afford to do so since you can spend billions a day on the war. Helping other countries and only think about your own when it affect your family members. The people on the HILL need to be paid $35.00 and hour and I bet you they will know what the rest of America is going through.
Cities claiming they don't have jobs or they are not hiring but at the same time the streets are going to hell. Patching pot wholes in the winter time with cold asphalt because they can't stand the heat.
Governors are not doing their jobs either and just spending like going out of style with the tax payers money. When they get busted want the people to feel sorry for them. Having people finding excuses for why it happened. Look at COPS, they bust guys for prostitution and they do time. Their price range from $5-50 and they get locked up. Here since it's a Governor who paid over $4000.00 and he and her are still walking around and are being treated like celebrities.

America care more about the prisoner of war than they do the veterans. They get better treatment and don't even have to go through any paper work. Yet are treated better?
When it don't affect you are members of your family, it's as if they can get over it. How about the elderly? I am so glad that winter is coming to a close but now heres another problem for the elderly. How hot will it be and can they stand it? What actions are going to be taken for them? Why not raise their pension so they can survive this mess we are in?

We can't take care of our own yet we are paying allies to help us in a war. The money we pay them are tax free but, we tax the hell out of our troops that are in a war zone and don't give a damm about how their dependent are doing at home.
Yet the people in New Orleans and surrounding area of the aftermath of Katrina are still suffering and you can pay billions each month on a war? Congress voted themselves a huge pay raise when they reduced the forces in 1988 calling themselves saving America on military retirement pay. How did you save anything when you are now paying 10Xs in one month for what you so called thought was a saving. Congress need to be put on minimum wage until they come up with a solution for the people that they are suppose to be representing.
You spend more money on the enemy well being than you take care of your troops when they return home. Giving the enemy special treatment because we are Americans. BFD (and it does not stand for Battery Firing Device either!)

Yes, I said it and since you think or want to think that America is so perfect. Tell me why you are #1 with the most people in prison? You started with lies and criminals and treat criminals as heroes. You make movies of these criminals and even call some the perfect crime.
Yet you hold over their head and thing relating to an arrest against people for the rest of their lives even if they were not committed. False police reports and court documents and if the person don't know that they are there until somebody do a background. Now this person have to pay somebody more money that they don't have in-which they are already out of pocket form the first time. It don't matter to the so called justice system which is not justice at all. The lady of justice has a blindfold on but have you ever looked at that symbol? She is peeping, so that is the sign that justice is not blind just looking for the one with the most money to split with the JUDGE and lawyers.
That is the reason why the phony saying is that one who represent himself has a fool for a client. He is not a fool for why should he pay all that money to a judicial system that is unfair.
The so called justice system mess you life up in a split second and they will never clear it up and they are the ones who were wrong. You try to clear it up and here comes the BIG LIE it takes time!
How can you mess somebody life up so quickly and then say it takes time to clear up what you messed up?

You make it hard for anybody that ever had a run in with the police to make a change in their lives and even if they were guilty for a crime, what make you think they can't turn their life around. If they can't get a job, what do you think is going to happen?
I am not saying that all police officers or wrong for many love their job and do the right thing and help people. While I am on this my heart goes out to the police officer in Cleveland, Ohio who I did not know. He lost his life in the line of duty and will be missed by many.

Programs that are available to vets are not out right given to them.
1. Vet say he wants all he can get.
   answer: That's too broad of a subject!
2.Vet. Services who suppose to help a vet? Yet, people who never been in the military have these jobs and don't give a damm. For this is only a job and know way am I going to help this sucker make more than me. In which the state turn this over to the county to so call help vets but the majority of the county vet services personal are not vets. Why? Those that are forget about what we have been through and are just plan scared to death about loosing their jobs if they help you with what all you are entitled to.
3. Yes, I said it and I am calling you out for all those that work in any type of services for the so called VA system need to be kicked to the curb. You don't give a damm about us only the money that you are making and sitting around drawing a government check and really not entitled to do so.
4. Programs that are there for a vet and refuse to let that vet know what he is entitled to. He don't know but you do and have all the information he/she needs. But, you will not let them know! What is your purpose? Why are you working at the VA if you are not going to let that vet know all that he is entitle too!
5. Quick to tell him he is too late for he should have applied years ago! What bullshit!!!!!
6. Served for my country and you know what all I am entitled to but will not let me know since I did not say it in specific detail?
7.Then you turn it over to the state and the state hand it over to the county and the county treat us as if we have to beg them for what we are entitled to.
8. Collect all the information and just hold on to it and ask for more info. Then you want to say that you have to have a meeting to decide whether or not a vet is entitled to what he can get. The county should not have any dealings with the VA services nor should the services that are given to a vet be based upon what the county do. These funds are suppose to be separate and once again why should anybody who has never served in the military have a position on what a vet is entitled to anyway. How do you know how they feel about vets? What background check did you pull on these employees? NONE! They may hate the people that served in the military but have a county job that control the benefits we deserve.
I can go on but you don't hear me. If you read this you may think that I am just some pissed off vet. Well, yes I am and I am trying to do something about what is happening to us. I may not benefit from this but I do hope that those that are after me do!!!!!! Now, what you think about that.
We need help and can't get all the info we need even when we ask. So I am trying to do it on my own to help all vets to get whatever they need and get all the information to assist them.
